Doron Afik - LL.B degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Admitted to practice in both Israel and New York. Licensed as a Notary Public in Israel.
Graduate of the ICC Masterclass for Arbitrators and of Promotion of International Commercial Arbitration and Other ADR Techniques in the MEDA Region Seminar.
Law school professor in the areas of: Mergers and Acquisitions, Government and Municipal Corporations and New York Law. Serves as a director at several corporations. (English and Hebrew)
Shlomi Turgeman - LL.M degree from the Bar-Ilan University. Law school professor in the areas of: Corporate Governance,
Securities Law, Antitrust Law
and a special course in "Shareholders Disputes'" based on American law. Lectures at the Israeli Management Center (IMC) and teaches courses for corporate directors. Turgeman also sits as an arbitrator in commercial disputes and serves as a director at several corporations. (English and Hebrew)
